Jess Ciancio

An imaginative storyteller with a quirky edge, Jess is an accomplished actor and comedian known for crafting captivating and layered characters both on paper and on screen. 

Jess’ unbounded creativity, combined with her background in business, marketing, and PR, enables her to produce innovative and commercially successful ideas without losing the creativity and touch of weirdness
that make them truly unique.

In 2021 Jess created her debut project, a comedy web series that parodies Melbourne's coffee scene titled "Hot Skinny Latte," which earned a spot in the official selection at the 2022 London International Web and Shorts Festival. Jess was also a semi-finalist for "Best Female Performance."

Jess's theatre credits include Melbourne International Comedy Festival hits "2 Animals (That Don't Traditionally Get Along)" and "Scary Goats Tour." Her recent on-screen work includes her portrayal of Sigrid in the Screen Australia comedy "The Followers" and her role as Erin in the indie dark comedy feature "The Organist."
